Kryzon.io is a free game, in active development. These terms may change as the game evolves; significant changes will be reflected on this same page.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or playing Kryzon.io you accept these terms. If you don't agree, you must not use the service.

2. Service description

Kryzon.io is a free, browser-based multiplayer game. You can play quick matches as a guest, with no registration: your nickname and character appearance are chosen freely for each match. Creating an account is optional and grants access to persistent stats, match history, cosmetics, coins, and ranked play, which does require an account.

3. User accounts

• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• The information you provide when registering (nickname, email) must be truthful and must not impersonate another person or entity.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account that violates these terms.

4. Acceptable use

• Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to play, connect to, or interact with the service is not allowed.
• Attempting to exploit, overload, or interfere with the normal operation of the server (for example, via mass connections or abnormal message traffic) is not allowed.
• Using an offensive or defamatory nickname, or one that impersonates another person or entity, is not allowed.
• Using multiple accounts or connections to manipulate the outcome of a ranked match (for example, coordinating with another account from your same network) is not allowed.
• We reserve the right to disconnect or block access for anyone who violates these rules.

5. Coins and virtual items

Coins and cosmetics (skins, trails) earned by playing or through challenges have no real monetary value, aren't redeemable for money, and can't be transferred, sold, or traded outside the game. We may adjust, remove, or reset virtual balances and items for balance, maintenance, or end-of-season reasons, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.

6. Service availability

Kryzon.io is offered "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. Being in active development, the service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time, including for maintenance, updates, or infrastructure changes, without prior notice.

7. Intellectual property

The code, graphics, name, and Kryzon.io brand are the property of their authors. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting the game or its assets without authorization is not allowed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kryzon.io is not liable for damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of match data or service interruptions.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts under applicable regulations.
